Niche of the Month: SUPERMOM
Mona McClelland, HC36 Grad, Victoria, BC, Canada
First and foremost I am a mom and I see how many moms put themselves last on their list of priorities. In fact, moms should be first and filled to the brim, knowing what their self care needs are and taking steps to fulfill their dreams within their busy lives. Most moms are waiting for their turn to "live" and put their lives on hold until some future moment. I created a 10-week program called "How to be a SUPERMOM," which explores how to make your life super rather than just busy, so you can love your life as well as love being a mom.
I am currently creating a new "hub blog," including a free report about change using Changing for Good, one of our health coaching textbooks, and my HCT notes as inspiring resources. This will be my foundation and then I can get out there and confidently share my coaching program. I will direct folks to my free report on my website, giving them value upfront and helping to build my "know, like and trust" funnel. I am also researching where and how to reach my perfect client, and exploring possibilities for attraction classes, either virtually or live.
The outline for my program, essentially my attraction class, was one of our Blogtalk Radio shows I do with my fellow HCT graduate Fiona Havlish. It originally aired in February.
Listen to BlogTalk Radio: How to be a SUPERMOM
"Professional Health and Wellness Coaches Fiona Havlish and Mona McClelland are featuring "How to be a SUPERMOM." Most women busy their days with time consuming but necessary responsibilities. Today Mona McClelland will share her formula for becoming a SUPERMOM, one who is happy, balanced and complete. Remember when Mom is happy, everyone is happy!" |
I plan to launch my SUPERMOM program and new website and blog in May and am excited to reach many women who have lost themselves in motherhood. I look forward to coaching them back to themselves, to bring more joy into their lives, and then watch that healthy joy overflow into the lives of their families and friends.
